The Captchas are used to prevent the proliferation of spam email. I check email once or twice a day, and this is the best way to get in touch with me.
Keeping In Touch
> Add me on Google+.Google+ is my preferred method of keeping in touch long-term with anyone and everyone (it's quite easy to separate family from friends from acquaintances etc). If you need an invite to Google+, send me an email. If you really need to, you can also add me to Facebook. Unless you're into that real-life face-to-face thing... Video Calling

On the Phone

On Instant Messaging
