The best way at the moment is to ... circle me ... on Google+.

I much prefer Google+ to Facebook for a whole string of reasons. Maybe ask me why, if you want to know. Or just add me and forget about it until you need to get an update. 

Otherwise, you may have to see me / email me to get the latest.
